Granted, this might be the bank robber calling robbing a bank a-okay, but I don't think it's too bad. Like it is not as if there are massive story ideas or questions around the game getting buried under a pile of nonsense posts.
We're just at that point in the development cycle where pretty much everything about the last patch has been said, while there are not enough information bits about the next patch to get the speculation mill rolling.
Honestly, it's not like we can't turn around and do the speculation, we're just waiting for the shoe to drop before we do it.
And it's not like we can't JUST focus on Eternum, we've been doing it for six patches. It's just a weird position to take when we can cross pollinate by pointing out what we're experiencing from other games and bring energy into this one while also going into why Eternum is heavily focused on the star system and astral plane of existence which may be connected with the dead.
Mainly, the light and brevity keeps it from being SERIOUS BUSINESS like top games and the fun aspect ensures no one's trying to yell at each other. That's kinda what the community is supposed to do to keep it contained. And with no actual dev to look through it all, we're just like the ones stuck in Eternum...
