The fetus does not have an implant, so it doesn't affect it because the real body is just in bed or in a sofa, immobile. But is probably that like some drugs, is not recommendable for pregnantcy if you can't disconnect in all moment, is really dangerous, that's why the pregnancy content will be, in my opinion poststory, some scenes in the future and that's all.Like i said some time ago, i believe Alex will be the first pregnant LI in Eternum.
That brings a question to mind:
How being pregnant might be affected by playing Eternum (and what about things like being damaged in eternum, muscle fatigue, extreme physical movements,etc. can that affect the baby?)
And about the mother in the game, she will be still pregnant because the body is the same, but the fetus will be just like another organ. Maybe is useful if the mother wants to smoke or drink, because can do it in the game and the fetus is safe. Lifehack I guess xD
