Stupid as I am, I think I got the X-Ray glasses. Is there any way I can check or do I just have to remember it?

I don't know if you're using a Mod but you might be able to check stats within it.
Otherwise, you could upload the URM tool and use it to search for the variable and see what it says. If it says "xray" or something, then you got the glasses; you'd then need to search definitions to see if you can find the defined term for the "pendant" and make it the "chosen" object. I'd expect the variables to be defined with a "Y" or "N" toggle that you'd simply switch over.

I think the variable for the item is "chopchop"
Shovel: chopchop = 0
Pistol: chopchop = 1
Glasses: chopchop = 2
Pendant: chopchop = 3
You can upload your latest save
You must be registered to see the links
and search for "chopchop" to change it. Or alternatively you can simply open the console right before you die and enter "chopchop = 3"

The problem I think with that line of thinking is that it makes the sneak peeks kind of like a "bait and switch" which may anger some Patrons who are anticipating potential scenes based on the sneaks. Currently the sneaks are heavily featuring Nova, Luna, and Penny. Nancy, Annie, and Dalia are shown as well but they are not as prominent as the other three (tho Nan seems to have more screentime in the sneaks compared to Annie and Dalia). Furthermore, it's possible for things to be both "predictable and unpredictable" at the same time. Like if you've played 0.6 you could be anticipating a Penny Meiyo scene, but from what we are seeing we're having a surprise trip with her in Ekabar instead (plus some real world stuff with her during the update). Same with Nova, we could be having the One Piece date but it'll be interrupted because of a call to go to the New World, so we continue our escapades (and maybe a scene with her there) instead.
Point is, Cari has to balance between making the anticipation bear fruit and throwing a surprise in the works to keep things fresh. You can't just keep doing the latter because those expecting the former might feel betrayed and - worse - pull out their support if they happen to be subbed to Cari's Patreon/Subscribestar. But you can't do much of the former because it makes things predictable and eventually bore people. Balance is the key.

Oh yeah there were actually 6 counting Astaroth not 5, always forget the Japan guy, still I've always assumed all of them had people working under them... even if they don't show up in the game. But you have some great points, Azazel was alone in Japan as far as we know at least, maybe Astaroth judged the Grimoire too important to delegate. Also something clearly went south in that hospital, with the experiments I mean, maybe that's why Lilith was the only one left, and I thought they came after MC and the Harem themselves cause they knew MC was powerful as well like Astaroth and also discovered that Asmo was helping them, it's been a while since I've played for the last time tho, might be remembering something wrong.
But I agree, in Eternum things are way more well structured, the antagonists, the lore, the characters, it's Carb second game after all. It's bound to be better. OIAL was one of the first AVNs I've ever played so I guess I just didn't pay much atention to the details.

Picking on her saggy tits seems pretty mean spirited since she cant really do anything about it, except maybe joining Eternum and only playing on low gravity servers

The only times they went after MC was during the Japan trip (Azazel) and after Jasmine's party (Samael). For the most part however MC and his harem were never in danger from the cult...at least, when you compare it to Orion (who is currently being confronted by William with an escort of hired goons as of the end of 0.6).
A competent one would continue to hound them by sending cult zealots/acolytes to mess with them (which would be in line with Astaroth's declaration in the secret meeting that he no longer wanted to skulk in the shadows), but we saw none of that happen throughout OIAL's story. Really makes you wonder if all that talk about being an all-powerful cult with many agents all over the world is just empty bluffs and shite.

Nah, Jasmine at the very least is cordial with people like Lauren and don't mind her getting upstaged by the latter (see: her reaction to Lauren's dress in her second party).
Regina on the other hand is petty as fuck and would try to sabotage the competition by any means necessary (see: how she treats Penny).
