Yeah, but she must've seen some form of intamicy in that case, otherwise how can she tell that all girls are in a relationship with MC to be flustered about it?. If you are in both girl's path, she also says "We... we seemed to be more than fine, actually.", the threesome interpretation comes from that, but she also could've seen an "intimate" moment (sexual or otherwise) between her and Annie without MC. Another detail regarding the question in that chat with Cari, if you're not in Luna's path, there's no vision, she wears her gloves in that moment.

That child support would bankrupt even Ulysses, in any case that doesn't align too much with the text and Luna's reaction though, and the same question applies, how does she know?. Another thing is: the only requirement to see that vision is to be in Luna and Annie's path, doesn't include the other girls, so no Harem ending either, specially since it's a vision of Annie's future that happens to include Luna ("We"). I agree though that it's not necessaryly a sex scene, also MC may o may not be there, it could be a vision with Luna and Annie waking up naked in a big bed with MC in the middle or Luna and Annie taking a shower together and kissing, who knows, but it must be something between those two, intimate enough to make Luna blush that hard and to reflect this: Annie - "Was it bad?". Luna - "It... it wasn't. At all. Just that... I mean...I don't think that's ever gonna..."

Well, it actually has an interesting story and very likeable characters and it is quite funny, if the humor hits is down your alley at least. This just isn't much of a FAP game and only now reaches the point at which the MC and all the LIs start to get close enough to each other, but the scenes that are already in the game, are - for the most part - very well done.
But it also has some downsides. It has a very clear intended "canon route" to play it and with it basically only a right choice and a wrong one in most instances. It overall is pretty linear for the most part. There are a few open-roam scenes sprinkled in here and there, but that's about it. So yeah...as any game it isn't for anyone but obviously a lot of people like it.

Obviously we'll have to wait and see what Luna's vision was, and all we can do is guess in the meantime, that's just what I had in my head. Probably completely different, that's just my internal placeholder, lol.
