To get all the girls, you have to start a new game and do each one's route one by one until the end, and then start all over again lol...
From what I know of harem games, you get several.
No such choice is required so far up to the current version. Maybe it will be eventually, but for now you can make maximum progress with all of the girls in a single play through. This is a harem focus AVN, just like Caribdis' previous work "Once in a Lifetime", where the harem ending is the canon one. There's nothing indicating solo relationships are the way to go and it's really hard to fall from a girl's route in Eternum.It's impossible to make a harem in this game, because if you choose a girl, the others are out of the route, and you can only choose one.

Bro wtf you playing, Eternum is a 100% harem, it's quite hard to lose a route in Eternum, many times you gotta be an idiot, but there are a few less obvious choices that might take you off a girl's route. For the record, the heart at the girl's profile turns grey when you lose her route so keep checking, if it's red, you fine.
Often the harem elements of Cari's games show up later in the story, as in OIAL. Tho we already have a couple of mentions like Nancy saying she'd be okay with MC having her and both Dalia and Penny at the same time, or even togheter.

Kinda fun game to be honest. I like the girls personalities, they are fun, charismatic, quirky and sweet. Their models look great. Story so far is fun and there is lots of humor. Sure, there are some tropes sprinkled in the story but it is better than the average game. MC isn't a totally unlikeable like in Midnight City or College Kings which is a plus.
I think it is great that the game is a slow burn when it comes to the romance and you aren't having sex with every girl after the first chapter, but instead it takes time. Sure,
. What I don't like is that MC's dick looks like a fleshy, veiny, wrinkly can of Pringles. It just takes me out of the immersion when he whips out a dick that is as big as his forearm and looks like a chestbuster from Alien. The sex scenes looks kinda weird too when the girl is almost unable to fit it in her mouth. A more realistic endowed MC would have made the sex scenes better. The sex scenes needs some work too, like they are awkwardly rigged/posed right now and it feels like they are somewhat sped up. Whoever does the sex scenes should find some reference material, there must be some on the Internet, right?
And lastly... the name... Orion... what the fuck? Just screams of "I am 14 and edgy" especially since almost everyone has a pretty normal name. At least you can change it to something better.

I feel this is a pretty common trope in a lot of porn games, and I also think it's usually kinda ridiculous. Though I can't help but find it funny, it's so overboard it goes straight into comedy for me. But yeah, the trope is so ubiquitous it's jarring.
I also feel the name feels out of place when other characters have modern names, but there's a reason behind it nonetheless. If you look carefully, you'll see tons of classic Greek mythology references.

The theory is that the name is deliberate given the parallels in the story to his mythological namesake...
-The mythological Orion being known as a literal giant, which the MC grows into by 0.5 (tho he grows more into a giant of a man than a literal one)
-The mythological Orion is known as a hunter, and one of the choices for a callsign in the World War server reflects this ("The Huntsman")
-Nova back in 0.5 mistook Orion's costume to be that of Orion the Hunter rather than Eros
-Orion (MC) has an unusual thing for crossbows which he mentioned in 0.2 (Ogygia) when they were discussing what Caly could be. Crossbows are a Hunter's favored weapon
-In the myths, Orion is a known lecher and was enamored with the Pleiades - sister nymphs who were related to Calypso. The Pleiades are seven in number, which correspond to the number of main real world LI's in the game
-The letter given by the Syndicate - if opened (note: DO NOT OPEN THIS AS IT MIGHT LEAD TO A BAD ENDING LATER ON) - contains the "Ephesia Grammata," an axiom that grants protection to the user when uttered correctly and in the right moment. Also there's a lot of Greek naming conventions in the game in case you're unaware. Penelope (wife of Odysseus in the Odyssey), Ulysses (another name for Odysseus), Calypso (the sorceress who lived in the island of Ogygia and was said to have imprisoned Odysseus there for a while), Acheron (one of the Greek rivers of the dead), Thanatos (Greek personification of Death), and Psyche (Greek Goddess of the Soul, whose Roman name is Anima) to name a few.
