don`t think its possible, story is tighten around Carters as family with all childhood memories and other stuff, so standard trick with "landlady and tenants" not gonna happen.

Patch is pointless if you can't have threesome or foursome scenes with the Carters due to Patreon rules (and because Cari already said no as I've posted above).
How do you see it?Cari will write story and draw renders and then give them to "someone", after that cut his game and ruin few storylines on release to have normal full game only after patch?

Pretty sure, you're missing the very obvious point. Incest patches generally only change the text to a render. In this case you would've to make extra renders in Cari quality to fit into the game. So even if your idea is that Cari would make the patch under a "disguise" it would be very obvious. Bottom line: It won't be happening.

I mean, releasing the cards and playing around with them in the privacy of your rig is one thing. Making a mod out of them where you write whole new scenes plus make sure they match the quality of the source material is another beast entirely.

Or just accept that there are some games on here which dont include Incest. And IMO, Incest is overused anyway and I think there is more than enough content in Eternum to satisfy people. And if someone REALLY needs a incest game, there are tons of other games which make those people happy.
