It is and never will be reasonable. Just because people are complacent about saying otherwise doesn't mean it's acceptable.I think it's a very reasonable reading, considering that frequent invocations of "community criticism" often come from a vocal minority. Within gaming, movie/TV show communities, whenever people aggregate on social media to voice concerns, or in political protests, it is almost always a vocal minority.
By that logic, I could also make the generalization that people loved the Dalia scene without mentioning evidence to the contrary, since the praise stands out just as well.Even in typical observations of life, like the cats being aloof, dogs are afraid of thunderstorms and vacuum cleaners, or roads flood after a heavy storm, generalisations observe a noticeable trend. This is why people typically interpret generalisations this way; they are used to describe what stands out, not how a majority or every single cat, dog, or road behaves.
