You flee from him and then fight him, which is no trifling event, especially as he even pulls a knife on you. You gamble against him, once again for Lauren's sake.

Arguably, Axel has directly opposed or been in a position of antagonism less at this point than Tom had. We never full on fought Axel, only stopped him once from harrassing someone we care about, and besides that and getting hit a couple times, just some idle trash talk

I believe Young Mr. Richards said Micaela looked more than ready to confront the Avengers, and he clearly doesn't want to get into a fight with Chang over a girl, so it can be said that there won't be any pursuit of her. Plus, he's afraid of her to some extent (Micaela of the Boreal Valley was called in the Dark Souls reference).

He admits that he's never "been" with a girl if you didn't have sex with Eva and/or Maat, so yeah it is pretty much confirmed. Some people would argue that he still is a virgin since he only did it in Eternum but that's another debate entirely.
Don't know about OIAL though, another reason to replay the game before Eternum's next update (is it even mentionned in the game ? can't remember at all).

Can't talk about all of Europe, but at least in germany it's pretty on par. More in fact. About 30% for girls aged 17, while 36% for boys the same age. For children with immigration background it's even more. 41% for boys and 61 for girls.
