If you can't have access to certain girls in the menu it can mean you're out of their path, in this case you need to play again and take the correct choices, unless you closed the path out of your own will.
Could you share a screenshot of the heart menu so we can see what's happening? Are the girls greyed out by chance? If that's the case as I said you're out of their path and need to replay, if not it can be an issue with the game.

the game will go beyond 1.0, we estimated 3 years from now (and by we I mean me and another guy here yesterday so it's nothing to be taken seriously)

Well nothing irreparable, if you have some saves you can always reload them and try to get on the girls path again.
Or if you want I can give you one of mines and you can start from there.
