Luna -> conjuration ( possible necromancer too )
MC -> Battlemage ? since he use brute force but that skill he use is magic.

We can probably take it a little further, perhaps even to specifics, but I'm delving into anime-territory here so bear with me
Physical users (Nova, Dalia, Nancy) Are unchanged in role so they're chilling.
MC would be an enhancer-based fighter, given his ability to boost his bodily stats
Alex would be a Trransmuter/Conjurer Mage, given her ability to shapeshift (+cool lightning powers!), thoughI'd say more attuned to Transmutation.
Luna is without a doubt a Conjurer, although there's a small bit of leeway to assume she has manipulative powers as well, only time will tell :")
Annie and Penny are both Emitters, just on opposite sides of the same coin, with destructive and restorative powers respectively.

Calypso, atleast from what we've seen is a hybrid, a specialist possibly, lil mix of everything.

I'd say he's pretty fine as is, maybe cut down on the length a wee bit and we're chillin, tho I do agree with stubble along with long hair... Although in this case he ends up looking 30 instead of 18 soooo eh, Maybe much swoopier, messier hair like you said would balance him out. Hell maybe while you're at it, you can throw in an extra patch or two at the front and give him the trademark hentai mc cut LMFAO

A stubble is fine. Man's...what, 18 at the very least? Yeah, a stubble won't look out-of-place for him (though maybe Cari is a bit hesitant since he might not be a fan of facial hair or HS2 might not have good facial hair options, in which case he might want to commission a modder for that). I'd argue a full beard will be fine as well, but options for those might make him look like a wizard...or a 30-year old sage (kek) so a stubble would be more than enough (if Cari ever goes for Orion having some facial hair in the future).

I feel like Annie's more of a Rogue/Destruction Mage considering that she was given the sneaking-into-a-guarded-hotel job back at the heist.

Orion (MC) is still up in the air as to what he is, but IMO signs seem to point at him being a melee ranger* subclassed into either Fey Wanderer or Horizon Walker.

Part of me thinks that maybe he gets some levels from that later on in the story alongside being a ranger and such (what with the current direction setting him up as a "champion" for the dead), though I'm not sure which oath/subclass he'll take that would match a DnD-equivalent. Vengeance? I suppose that works (Vax'ildan from Vox Machina had the same oath, and he was a champion for a goddess of the dead). Ancients would work also I suppose, if he swears the oath in front of Calypso or such (and would tie well with his base class).

Some theorists from Cari's Discord think he might get one as a final weapon. Also a crossbow with explosive bolts is the bane of the walking dead...perfect for someone like Thanatos (lol). And with his speed he could just hit-and-run the fucker if he so chooses.

Certainly could be.
Although the effect on his body seemed (to me, so far) more like a physical manifestation of the power altering him.
Maybe corruption.

Extra hilarity if he gets chased off not because he punched Nova's v-card but rather because they wrecked one of his favorite appliances while they banged each other's brains out.

You know Elyxus, i was thinking the same thing, since when the ''Doppelganger Artifact'' was given to Orion, my first thought was- alongside a possible double Annie - what if Orion escapes death using the Artifact? Or even a more absurd thing, what if we can transfer the consciousness of Orion into his copy?
