that is not any rule breaking, and not even using loop hole or anything, simply not against the black and white rule

The thing is, this won't go in front of a court. Patreon can and already has closed accounts on very flimsy grounds and good luck winning an argument with them about that if your livelihood depends on your account. So Cari will probably just avoid anything in that direction, even if it wouldn't violate the rules as Patreon has written them.

Then you think it is more likely to be Route 1.3 than anything else? I admit, throughout the entire story it feels like two months passed already, rather than one month or less. I haven't count the days passed either, but that's why I don't mention the exchange student deadline, because I feel like Orion wouldn't be able to gather all Gems before returning back to the UK anyways unless he would take the final exams during the exchange and would successfully applied to the Kredon University afterwards, so he can just spend the vacation in Kredon and don't return to the UK after finishing the exchange program.
And I already factored in that Caribdis will continue the arc in the Pirate Server. That's why I don't have a route where the girls do the quest without him, and even if Orion failed the Heart of the Abyss quest, whatever El Coyote's compensation task will be can still takes place in the same server. I agree that it will feel weird if we have the story jumping back and forth between the same server, and best be that the Pirate server continues around the beginning of 0.8 rather than in further patches.

Would it? I would argue that spending a long time trapped in eternity in a place that you think you can't escape from can change a person quite well. Would give Orion a lot more pause when it comes to making decisions should he escape, especially if fucking up the second time results in him being trapped there again for god knows how long, even more so if the way he escapes there the first time is a one-time thing that can no longer be repeated.

It's implied that he remembers for a short while but eventually forgets as some time passes (kinda like how you wake up from a dream and you remember it vividly but as the minutes go on you start to forget some of the specifics until you forget it altogether). Also the difference you're looking for is that he enters Limbo while he's still alive. And now he's not.
Also one of the reasons why I'm reluctant to say in finality that Orion's death and eventual resurrection is the "breaking" that Idriel wants is because it kinda runs counter to the whole "not dying is worse than death" spiel that she talked about prior to the Collector event. If anything, she likely is against any notion of prolonging or bringing life back in an unnatural fashion. And we've already seen in OIAL what a prolonged life does to a person, so there's a high chance she's against that (and is why she wants to liberate the dead from what's likely their unnatural extension of life in Eternum).
But I dunno, guess we'll see in 0.8 how that's gonna play out. Still think that a confrontation or long talk with her is long overdue, and Orion ending up in Limbo could provide that particular opportunity.

Thats how i interpreted the talks from idriel and the syndicate about how they tried everything already and how Orion (or a former version of him) could have been the guy in calypso's story.
I still think Orion will not die tho and Calypso will port him last second to her and heal him.

It's one interpretation, yes. Another would be that she has the gift of foresight and she could see or has seen all potential futures that Orion can walk, and that the one he's walking in is the ideal path. The infodump on Limbo being separate from time and space and Idriel being trapped there could be used to justify such development (and then there's also her blind seer look, which in certain media usually entail a person who can see beyond the present).
Also, given that this story is basically about the dead not staying dead, Orion still has a chance to get back in the saddle even if he does end up like a fucking dodo. The question right now tho is just how he gets back up (which we won't know until 0.8 hits).

Idriel for sure gotta receive a bigger role/scene, on that I 100% agree. As for all else (basicaly the true meaning and repercussions of Orion's death), we will see
A gut shot is a gut shot! The blood loss that was visible indicated a lot of torn tissue. If the hero doesn't get medical help quickly, nothing in the real world can save him.
In order for the hero to be able to heal himself in some way, a complex process in the body would have to be initiated and extremely accelerated. A healing process is not a conscious process, but rather various automatic processes that intertwine. That's why I would push any explanation that the MC heals himself within minutes into the realm of fairy tales and myths.
In the game with Update 0.8, if an ambulance doesn't come rushing around the corner right at the beginning, the MC is dead. And even if this were the case, our hero would be out for weeks if not months. Of course our hero can also play in the hospital without a suit, ha!
Unless the so-called “real” world turns out to be “only” virtual. Then of course everything would be possible. Def Held would just have to rewrite its own code a bit.

Moreover, I've joined fewer than 100 servers.
Could it be that the server has reached its maximum capacity for accepting new members, and that's why I'm unable to join?

Well yes (though stories where Magitech exists disagree with that regard), but a setting's rules should be consistent, no? If you introduce magic to a setting then that element should still exist unless blatantly stated otherwise. And so far magic still has a play in the setting, given that William essentially revealed at the beginning of the update that Eternum isn't a Virtual MMO but something akin to the Astral Realm that's accessible via Astral Projections or Out-of-Body experiences (like dreaming), and that the Founder is inducing said experience using the Nerve Implant for his search of the Gems. If that doesn't sound like magic or occult-related to you, then I don't know what is.
I am of the same opinion. I just want to make it clear that the hero's "reality" can have nothing to do with the reality that surrounds us and that we experience every day.
And any attempt to map the two “realities” onto each other is doomed to failure.
