did you all thought about how magic works in Eternum? Like anyone that can play the game can use them if learned, but aren't those REAL worlds and all?
Maybe the Founder synthetized the worlds rules (prob using Idriel for it) and controlled them or smth.
Also Orion has a chance to actually transport to Eternum without the neural implant, that's totally because of his 100% compatibility right? There's also a chance he could actually use his powers in the 'real world'

Eh, I'm not sure on the first part - that would involve either some actual magical bullshiet (besides the 'transformation' that he has) or "NANOMACHINES SON" thing that the world of Eternum didn't really set up. Always saw the setting more like Sword Art Online only not-boring and with a better female cast.
As for the usage of powers I genuinely hope that would NOT be the case. The game will then lean into some very hard Gary Stu valley that, so far, it avoided due to giving you a chance to fuckup a relationship with a girl, (ignoring the fact that the dude has a big dick, but then again - which Ero VN MC doesn't?) but giving him abilities, as in actual magical abilities outside of the Eternum world would be a bit too much.
if Chang the ABSOLUTE CHAD isn't physically carried away in Micaela's arms while gushing over his princess charming, I'm going to be sorely disappointed.A ton of games come off as cringe when they attempt goofy humor. Eternum is one of the few that actually nails it for me every time. Once in a Lifetime was good, but Cari polished that style in a major way.
It's dumb. I know it's dumb, but Micaela of the Boreal Valley... even on replays that still fuckin' gets me!

Hate to break this to you then, but Eternum exists in the same world as Once in a Lifetime, where at least some "magic" or something like it exists in our world.
Edit: Also, it's been strongly alluded that the Eternum "servers" actually are other realms that players are astral projecting into. It's hinted the chip just allows normal people to do this in a "game like" manner. It's very much implied that Orion eventually won't need the aid.

Personal theory is that it's something similar to "Re: Creators" where a world basically has a sort of logic to it that allows certain things to happen. So some worlds allow magic to happen, some don't. And if you go against the logic of the world, the world tries to "correct" it (which is why certain worlds are starting to "rebel" against the presence of the players, whom they view as "anomalies").
Adding to this is that it's the projections that basically conjure up magic, and there's a sort of leveling system that unlocks the ability to cast higher-tier magic upon reaching certain levels. Personal theory on the matter is that levels are used to gauge the strength of the projection, and the higher the level the more the projection is able to "wield" some aspects of it to one's will (kinda like how lucid dreamers are able to control aspects of a dream). Compatibility rating, on the other hand, is more on how attuned a person is to Eternum itself, and the higher the rating, the better the "baseline stats" of a projection is but also the more likely a person is going to experience something like the bleeding effect. Again though, that's just my personal theory on the matter.
Most likely that 100% compatibility is reserved to "Immortals" (or those who have the potential to become one), but they alone don't have the monopoly of being transported to Eternum without the implant. The Andromeda tape about how the creators of Alien came up with the Xenomorph concept and William's infodump support the idea that some people have travelled to Eternum via dreams (albeit by happenstance and they often dismiss the experience as some wild dream) or possibly during near death (hence the reason why some cultures mistake it for the afterlife when Eternum is likely the realm they pass through BEFORE crossing to the afterlife via the Gates of Acheron).
There's a quote from a manga or anime that goes like:
