Nah, NPCs don't have inventories. And I doubt that obtaining the gems would ever require something like randomly killing an NPC anyway. The gems would probably be returned to Eternum in some way, maybe become part of new quests. Though none of that is very clear because the founder doesn't have any control over the gems so how they even become quest rewards nobody knows.
i meanSeeing as the Syndicate guy in the Valley of Kings was selling Statues of Psyche and that was she was brought up before at the Ulysses mansion, and Orion dressing up as her husband Eros for the custom party, are there any other mentions of her in the game?
She's also called Anima, which coincidentally is the name of Calypso's oh so powerful ancestor, and the goddess of souls, which thematically goes pretty well with the enslaved NPCs/Idriel and their desire for freedom. There's also the story of Eros and Psyche, in which at some point Eros saves her from death/eternal sleep. But im not a mythology buff.
Kinda makes me think of Idriel might be Anima or an enslaved version of her like in the tale of her and Yliar. Calypso would be her descendant, which would make her 'one of Idriel's creations' aswell I guess. Have they ever talked about Idriel with Calypso or mentioned her to her?

chop chop is definition of "even blind chicken finds the corn". yes amulet is amazing but everything else he sells is not really. Pet is useful for Luna but nothing else he sells at the time does, but more importantly i dont think Orion is shittalking him so much. I mean in VotK server he meets another merchant with solid items and refuse to buy from him out of loyalty to chop chop.

i mean amulet is only useful if you are on annie route, the pet is only useful for luna. Neither items become relevant unless you are pursuing them. And i dont know if i missed it but i dont think we used the polyjuice potion yet, not to mention the map was clearly inacurate and money we paid for elaboration of the route is basically wasted as half the map was wrong and other half was skipped
Yes, Calypso isn't shown in the main menu with other 7 girls because her romance path hasn't been unlocked yet in lore. Pretty sure, she'll be a lover of Orion after the events in EP9. Also, I mean, it's already official there will be 8 girls in harem, and Caly's def one of them. Check this out:
