Why do you think he won't accomodate?
Because he would have to generate multitudes of different renders for each scene depending on our combination of which LIs we choose to get pregnant or not. There is no way a single man could feasibly organise that.
Pregnancy will likely only factor in the epilogue slides and certain dialogue (i.e. girls in later updates finding out they missed their period, pregnancy tests showing up positive, etc). At least, that's how OIAL approached it.

I could just see Dalia, Penny, and Alex glaring at the MC saying, "You did this to me, now I can't exercise/swim/model!" After trying to pass the blame, they will then remember humping like bunnies and asking for it. Nova's reaction will be some totally crazy plot involving mind control trying to explain how she literally clamped onto the MC and would not let go. Calypso is going to secretly be fulfilled that she has a barbarian's child growing inside her while at the same time trying to hide it from the other Elves with her magic. Annie will just freak out and act annoyed and overjoyed at the same time. Nancy will be happy and take it all in stride. Luna will be happy and play a particularly morbid joke on her father with the MC helping her.
She's going to get real broody when all the girls around her start getting knocked up
This is almost the correct order, Annie should be tied with Luna, or at worst second. The others are all tied at third.
