I wasn't surprised actually. She pretty much smacked MC upside the head and told him to take some extra time off so he could give Nova a proper fucking when they were on the pirate ship. She's made some suggestive comments about the other girls as well but not as blatant as Nova. Plus most of the other combos that would not involve incest had at least 1 girl who had not yet gone all the way with MC yet so it wouldn't make sense to skip that and jump straight to a threesome. Penny/Nova is the only other combo I can think of that might have worked for the latest update.

Also ignore that the MC is called by default Orion, also a mistake from both mods and fans here, her real name is Orionna Richards. Oh, and don't mind the previews from the first page... the protagonist, who is a female, uses a strap-on that looks like a real penis. And there isn't a lesbian tag because Orionna just recently identified herself, sorry I meant himself, as a man and mods thought it would be offensive to have the tag.

It's kind of hard because while Carib tries to spread the girls out and not have back-to-back scenes with each update, threesomes entering the mix cannot be avoided. It makes predicting the choices more difficult.
