On a somewhat unrelated note, I think it's absolutely hilarious how, when you think about it, Lorelei is a character that has less than 5 minutes of screentime, and we as the players literally just met her. But that hasn't stopped people from taking this and absolutely running with it. There is literally no reason to think or theorize about Lorelei getting a scene in 0.9

I believe the reason people think she is getting a scene is dialogue from the game.

There's also a message from the dev on discord in the eternumite patron channel where he teased the possibility of a scene although that was over 2 years ago and plans can change.

And sure maybe it wont happen and we will not get a scene but there is enough reason to to think or theorize about Lorelei getting a scene. If we do get a scene with her I am imagining something similar to the nova/maat scene in the earlier parts of the game but without the blackmail and coercion where lorelei goes all the way and calypso gives orion a blowjob or something. I dont think orion will bang calypso this update but rather it will set things up for the next update.

those werent praetorians running away in that scene, they were just hired mooks as backup, they say 'we thought this would be an easy job, didnt think anyone could hurt a praetorian' before alex squishes them. its just the sniper and main one confronting them.
but yeah, ive played the game about 6 times now haha cant wait. alexs scene in the apartment is still the best, but honestly i just want to know more of the story

Yeah that's true! Let me rephrase: While some level of theorizing is understandable, it's still funny how much people are running with this. I'm onboard with it, but I also find it funny.

Honestly, I hope what your theory is comes true! I can't imagine Calypso going all the way with Orion, but she's definitely going further in her 0.9 scene. Lorelei going all the way with Orion though sounds plausible. I'd love to see that.

You're in the middle of update 7 so you've got one-and-a-half updates left to play.

As to why people are speculating about a scene with Lorelei; it was first teased during the bath-scene with Calypso and then again when Calypso saved Orion after getting shot. It's a good candidate for the threesome scene in 0.9.

That said, I disagree with what you said about Lorelei. I think she's got potential for a lewd scene, and I think she looks just fine for one too. Annie looks younger than Lorelei tbh.

That's possible too. Like I've said before, anything can go, really. Based on 0.8's ending, we get the impression that Lorelei will just be a fun character. But based on the sneak peeks so far, we also get the impression that Lorelei might have a scene. It really could go either way, and that's what makes this so exciting! I can't wait 'till 0.9.

Edit: Removed the last part of my comment, because, although it was funny, it wasn't too related to Eternum, and I didn't want this comment to get axed for being off-topic, 'cause I'm really proud of it.

Never. It's made with Honey Select 2. Illusion didn't sell commercial licenses for that. Services like Patreon or Subscribestar are the only way to monetize games made with it.

I just hate that and it throws me off, and I’ve dropped many games and even books because of it. But every time I see the ratings or someone recommends it to me, I wonder if I’m missing out on something.
Now my question is how much of the content actually takes place inside the game? How does the story balance between reality and the virtual world?

While the foreplay scenes are mixed in that some happen in reality and some in Eternum, all main LI penetration scenes so far (there's still 2 major LIs that have yet to have a penetration scene) happen for real, and the only ones that don't are not major LIs.

I didn't exactly pay attention to it, but I'd say it's more or less 50/50. There's just as much stuff going on in the real world as is in the 'virtual reality', sexual as much as story-wise imo.
