Why Penny and Annie? I would consider Penny & Nova and Annie & Luna (after lunas first time) more likely. Nancy and Annie too.Penny and Annie seem like the most likely 3some to happen next.

Pretty sure we will see Penny and Nova some time in the future.
Obviously it's a dual-stage bullet. Fires a cartridge out of a bigger cartridge and then fires again out of the normal cartridge when it hits. That's totally a real thing I just made up

Back in the 60s there were gyrojet weapons that fired little rockets rather than bullets. No longer produced though - Google says it'd cost you $800+ for 1 round of ammo today...

You both said Annie/Penny, which is a threesome that can happen, but it never crossed my mind. Do a lot of people want that? I had no idea. I´m not sure Annie´s first scene after losing he virginity should be a threesome, but that´s what happened with Nova, so I don´t know.
Nancy/Caly would be great but I have the feeling that that is one of the least likely to happen.
Penny/Nova also seems like the most likely threesome to happen next. It´s also the one I most want after Alex/Dalia.
Everyone assumes, even I, that Luna saw herself with Annie, because she was touching Annie´s hand when she had the vision, but we really don´t know. She could have seen a 4some or a full blown orgy for all we know.
I'm not sure someone as tiny as she (or Nova) should lose her virginity to someone who's hung like a particularly well-endowed horse, but...

I don't have idea if He's even real and this is a dream, joke aside, dunno to which country Caribdis belongs but any version outside of english language is currently being made by fans.

There are a lot of game devs that live in Spain, Larian has a studio there, Owlcat and Paradox opened a new studio there few years ago right outside of Barcelona to make EUV.
Caribdis might be a dev or an ex-dev from a gaming company. I think he develops Eternum full time but who knows. I don't think he is spanish, though.
Even if he is -- once his English is on a near-native level, he is likely to develop the story completely in English without ever thinking about anything in Spanish. (That's certainly how it would be for me. My native language is also not English.) Making a Spanish translation may be easy for him in that case, but it's still a lot of work that would distract him from work on the main project. Which is where he is needed because he is the only one qualified. There are thousands of people who are qualified to make the translation.
The value of translations is somewhat questionable anyway. The only times I have played AVNs in my native language instead of English was when (1) it was the original language, and (2) the English version wasn't better anyway. So that makes one out of a few dozen AVNs available in my native language that I have actually played in it.
