Hooooly Moly, I'm so glad I downloaded this!
1. Great main story which isn't compromised for the faps.
2. Brilliant writing! Good amount of (importantly: also good) humour mixed in, progression doesn't feel forced, MC is neither Alpha-esque or complete pussy.
3. Characters. They are their own separate people with different views, motivations and personalities. They actually have believable character/personality/corruption progression but without losing their core traits, which is unbelievably rare in today's saturated AVN market. Seriously the writing in this is top notch; the only comparison I can make in my own experience is to Love & Magic (which has less character progression, but the characters do have their own individual humour and consistent personalities).
4. The animations! They're beautiful! Even more importantly, they're not just a 2-second loop that only focuses on the ins-and-outs; there is an amazing amount of attention on movement away from the action, and the loops are something like 15-40 second SEAMLESS looping!
As someone whose fetishes can be....controversial (my fetishes are taboo to "regular society" not necessarily because they are inherently "bad", but purely because what turns me on is the fact that it's outside the current norms. If I had been born 150 years ago, I'd probably have an ankle fetish, for example.)... the background and leadup (and I don't mean just the physical foreplay) make a huge difference to me - and whomever was responsible for the writing here is a master of his/her craft.
This is now one of my all-time favourite AVNs, and I haven't stopped playing since I first opened it!
I'll definitely be keeping a closer eye on this dev from now on!

Thank you very much for this welcome message. Indeed, this game is really enjoyable, funny and beautiful to look at, to the point where the sex scenes were not my priority but always welcome.
I think there is still a lot that is possible with this game, and if I had the choice I would put even more references to universes that I like but it is already excellent as it is.
I just really want to be able to make Axel my personal submissive femboy when I marry his sister and take control of Eternum

So Smooth Criminal popped up in my playlist on the way to work just now. And when the the "Annie are you okay?" segment came on, I misheard it as "Annie are you walking?" and I was cracking up because it randomly reminded me of Orion railing Annie and the "ooh my legs are jelly now" aftermath Cari has been doing.
I just finished the game to date, and this has to be an understatement. I've only played a handful of these sorts of games, but most of them either scrape by with some pleasant artwork and not much else (four elements trainer, rogue like, etc) or they're.. really rough all around. It's an interesting medium, but it's pretty clear that almost everyone involved in it is either a total amateur (no shame in that) or pumping out some pretty low-effort slop if they could do better.
This one blew my mind. I was not expecting to care much about the story or its characters, much less be impressed by how good it all is. The art is consistently beautiful (discussions of models/rendering aside, simply knowing how to compose an image is so important and they nail this in Eternum), the use of sound effects and music for humor and tension are flawless, I love every single character, and even the broader plot outsmarted me when I expected this to be some kind of lazy rehash of "Ready Player One" (a book/movie that I fucking despise) with a harem tacked on.
I can think of only one bit of this that I didn't thoroughly enjoy, and that was a video game reference that I felt was a little too indulgent. I found that other game pretty dull to begin with though, so it wasn't for me.

Considering that she has hidden progression variables in the game's code compared to other side girls, no, not really. Not to mention she's basically a lot more relevant to the main plot compared to other side girls like Eva or Maat, so she's basically a main LI whose progression just happens to be a lot different compared to the other 7 main LIs.
