You don't have rehab centers for things that don't need fixing. Thats like saying theres a rehab for being lefthanded. I can see no other way to interpret this other than them saying autism is something needing fixed/cured.

I mean rehab centers for extreme cases still exist. You can cry about it, but it is what it is. Also, just because the dev places it there doesn't necessarily mean he supports the idea (especially since said rehab center has ties to a shady-as-fuck megacorp who's diversifying the usage of their VRMMO in various fields).
...or coping with. That's a great deal of what rehab is: "you're going to have this for the rest of your life, so let's help you figure out how to deal with it and function the best you can with it.
"Autism Spectrum Disorder." That last word is kind of significant.

This next episode should be great for setting up the final showdown. It's pretty obvious the gems of doom are dragonballs, hence why Calypso's ancestor had them in the flashback - he used them to defeat the evil king and get the girl/found a dynasty. Then they all scattered across eternum, etc etc. I would bet good money Hyril'ar was a locked "server", like Ogygia. And still has a gem. And bam, episode ends with the big hunt and Hyril'ar gems, and THEY ARE EVEN at 5 gems each.
