How to unlock achievements in game

There is a separate achievement mod for that. No achievement exists in the original game

The name Caribdis itself is Spanish. (It's the Spanish translation of the Greek Charybdis from The Odyssey's Scylla and Charybdis by Homer.) I'm guessing Spanish? I know he's not British because although OIAL takes place in Britain the writing is missing all the English slang and idioms that should be present. Could be American though I suppose.
