145lbs isn't that heavy for 5'7. It's at the upper edge of "average" for a woman of that height but she has a lot of curves so it makes sense.

Only new after the existing ones,don't remember him ever changing something that was before.Once you reached endgame screen,roll back and save there.In the new update,just load that save and you will get everything that was added

Though I recall only one time that has happened with the collector's event. And variables and the likes I can't recall a single change.
