I think based on the in game hints we've gotten so far, both Dahlia + Alex and Annie + Luna are guaranteed. Just a matter of when. Anything else is possible aside from the blood relations but not necessarily guaranteed. Alex has been pretty obvious about wanting to double up with Dahlia and Luna had a vision that pretty clearlly involved Annie that had obvious sex vibes based on her reaction.

As for the Nancy + Nova threesome that one didn't surprise me after Nancy pretty much smacked MC upside the head and told basically told him Nova's practically begging him to fuck her and he's a moron if he doesn't oblige. Not sure she hinted that much about wanting to join in but she has always given me the vibe that she's down for a threesome with anyone. She's even made hints involving her own daughters although due to Patreon rules we all know that won't happen.

Based on the setting that the previous version ended with I think we have Calypso + Alex on the table now as well. My prediction based on the setting we left off in is that Calypso will get more scenes than a girl would normally get so I would say oral with her is pretty much guaranteed, probably at least 1 sex scene with an elf (if not Calypso then one of her subjects), and some kind of elf threesome would not surprise me at all either.

I definitely didn´t see that threesome coming, but Nancy being the glue for the harem, it also didn´t surprised me either, and it won´t surprise if she has more threesomes in future updates. Penny and Dalia are out of the possibilities, but everyone else is up for a turn.

All the threesome talk made me ponder a bit and--
While I'm not saying I don't enjoy threesome scenes, I usually prefer romantic, intimite one-on-one scenes over them. E.g. the two scenes with Alex blew me away (literally) whilst that scene in the last update on the beach didn't really do it for me. I'm sure Caribdis won't neglect these kinda scenes over the FFM ones but, just a little worried I guess.

I would bet that those scenes will still happen. My guess is that we will get one threesome per update, with the other lewd scenes being the one-on-one.

Yes that's normal. His last update dropped December 19th approximately.
I was lucky last year to have found the game December 4th 2024 (don't ask how it took me so long lol )only to have it updated a few weeks later. Alas I had to wait the full year for this upcoming update
