Largely feel the same. She's a great character and incredibly hot. Which makes it astounding that, to me, she's the second lowest LI in the game. That's just how fucking amazing every single girl is.

Dunno what your life was like as a teen, but if I told my parents I wanted $3,500 for a video game they would have laughed in my face...for weeks on end. And probably forbid me from spending my own money on it until I was 18, so even if I got a job and saved they wouldn't actually let me buy it.
We do see some teens playing though, but by and large it's adults with some kind of disposable income to spend on a fairly expensive hobby.
Obviously 18+ teens do; that's half of our harem. But aside from cost, there's "consent for the neural implant." And as a practical matter, if they played, they might have sex, and we just can't have that (and certainly can't see it).
But we get the impression that Alex, Annie, Dalia, and Luna have all been playing for a while, and they're 18 in-game. Did they start before their respective birthdays? I don't recall that we're told, but I'd think probably so.

Annie, at the very least, has been playing for years. It's mentioned during the date scene last episode that she was already saving up her allowance for the neural implant at like ten years old.

If Eternum were not a harem game, I’d happily let Maximo have Nancy - and he’d probably still decline.
Doesn't Maximo have a family IRL, though? I recall that was his beef with the old emperor; he wanted to "clock out" early for some family event and the emperor didn't allow it.

I believe at one point it's mentioned that if you're an amputee IRL, traveling to Eternum will not restore your limb, nor cure blindness or anything...Then,what stops adults from letting teens play when they are not playing themselves. Hard to kinda gauge this shit using IRL metrics when America had Stabby Mike instead of Trump as President in the Cariverse timeline and supposedly was so good to the economy that gas prices were and still is at an all time low even during the 2030s (as seen in the gas station back in 0.5 and confirmed legit by Cari himself).
Blindness is specifically addressed in the Collector's House, and you're right. Though apparently the body isn't exactly duplicated; hair grows faster in Eternum than IRL; you can work out and bulk up in Eternum and not have that carry over (except for MC, of course), etc.
