U forgot that Lorelei is not a LI or Main girl so the scene with Calypso still counts as solo even if Lorelei is involved.Like how Cari gives us cliffhangers and baits all the time. Like,this at least 5 girls...
Idk, theoretically,as was mentioned before, besides Alex + Dalia threesome,the most possible option is Lorelei + Calypso,and here, "at least" would make sense because Calypso would only watch.
As of other options,we surely remove Nova and Nancy,because they already had 3some

I honestly don't think it will be anal. In my mind, given the "risk of being caught" in the last two scenes, she will get off on that alone. Specifically, the presence of her mother / her sister / Alex in the next room. I can see the scene in question even being "soft failure" in that "depending on your options you are actually caught before some of the other girls are on board regarding the whole harem thing". Alternatively, i can imagine it's all teasing and bait from the developer, and we won't have Penny scene this update.
The only other thing that comes to mind, is the artifact that allows you two bodies being used, possibly IRL, so the MC can have sex with more than one person when it comes to the Christmas house, or maybe to double team Penny because she will be into that. ... I can see the "artifact being used for sex" being "bait leading to bad ending" even if it "unlock lewd scene".
Part of me expect the timeline for the update to be: 1/2 of the whole update being spend in the Elf Realm, return to Earth and touch base with everyone, go on outings with Luna (both for Gem stuff as well as going on date), end the update with Christmas outing where Alex will join the Carters. Due to that, i don't think there will be "solo penny scene" this update, thou i can imagine next one may have threesome Penny and Nova.

While I agree that anal might not be in the cards for Penny, I don't think Cari's gonna bench her for 2 updates in a row when her sister is likely gonna get a scene with Alex this update. Plus there'll be rioting on Cari's Discord if he ever decides to do that (considering that the hardcore Penny fans there are pretty much hype for this update due to her major presence in the sneaks).
I see how "Luna", "Penny" and "Calypso" lack their "i love you" moments with Orion, which in my mind are "must" before the harem. Once they are over, all lewd scenes will probably be threesomes. Like how in the last game, past certain point, nearly all lewd scenes involved more than one girl.
I think that 0.9 will be the final update before the "end game" story arc begin. We were told that 0.10 will be shorter, as well as end on big cliffhanger. There aren't a lot of updates remaining. I can see Cari using this update as "final moment of respite before shit hit the fan" in which cause "using it to close the remaining girl's individual arcs" make sense.
At the same time, with everything else happening in the upcoming update i feel like adding in Penny scene will be a bit much. In the sense that "proper i love you scene need set up" which is kind of there. The main problem in my mind, is that if it's in this update it will be "in between other things happening". ... There is also how we still have to see how her whole "model" shtick will help the gang, which was foreshadowed a few times in the story.
If there is "Penny" scene here, then in mind there won't be "Alex + Dalia threesome" but instead we will get "Nova + Annie threesome". ... Again, unless Orion use the duplication artifact and decide to do "Penny in one room" and "Alex + Dalia in the other room" while "Nancy is happy that the harem she is setting up seem be working so far".

2 or more lewds happening in one major event has happened before. In OIAL you basically have Carla's, Judie's, and Lauren's vaginal scenes happened during the Japan event, albeit in different times. Same could happen with the Christmas event where you have Alex - Dalia threesome and Penny solo happen during the course of that event.
Also, considering Annie and Nova just had their scenes in the previous event and Nova has back-to-back scenes in 0.7 and 0.8, I highly doubt we're gonna get more out of them this update (much as Cari prolly want to considering Nova's his self-insert). Plus they weren't featured that much in the sneaks, which usually is a sign that they might be getting benched in terms of lewds instead of having some sort of scene together.

F95ers arguing over who gets scenes in the update be like
Almost every cliffhanger has its resolution followed soon after by a touch base with everyone scene. (Probably a strategy because of the gaps, it feels good so I'm not complaining.) So I imagine once we get back from the Elven realm we get our touch base scene which might be leading to the skii trip finally.
I do hope Chang gets to shine, he's one of the best bro characters in this kind of game.

Maybe stupid question but can Orion use polyjuice potion in real world?
