It's quite amazing to see Caribdis make more than 30% progress in a month, in a single progress update. One can only hope he keeps this speed throughout the development.

I just did that scene I'm unsure why people are saying it wasn't fine? It was kinda hot and Nova is best girl now until the next scene where I switch up again because I like them all a lot. I do like her a lot more after doing much of the 0.3 stuff.

I'm not sure how to craft an effective search for this question, and I don't recall it being addressed within the game, but...
Before logging on, MC mentions a couple of times about taking a piss before playing so he doesn't wake up to an accident. Since the game experience is supposed to be very realistic from a mental response to in-game physical inputs, shouldn't the MC be waking up as though he had a wet dream after some of his in-Eternum encounters, or does the game give the mental satisfaction while suppressing the "real world" consequence? I know other physical activities are suppressed, so maybe that's the case. If no physical suppression, I'd hope they design the game suit with "receptacles"...

Some people (like me) did not like that the characters were forced into doing it (sexual assault/harassment). It doesn't hurt the character of Nova at all, but I just did not enjoy the scene because of that. You probably can search to find more on why or why not people liked or did not like it.
I would assume it is purely mental satisfaction, but I do not know if they every explicitly address it. The game suit is not required to play (I think), so it would be a bad business decision if that in every time you played, you messed up your clothes.

Fair enough, then it would be a good business decision. However, I do not really want to think about all the characters changing their diapers after playing Eternum.Maybe the company also has a line of "liners" and "gaming diapers".

Maybe I'm wrong (or maybe I should replay that scene), but I had the idea Nova wanted actually fuck Orion. Maat was only an escuse to do what she hasn't had the courage to do.

You're not wrong, there was some romantic interest from Nova towards the protagonist. I think the issue most people have is that the relationship wasn't more dynamic, and was instead basically forced to happen. At the very least, this is my main complaint.
And I'm sure there are also people just annoyed that first sexual scene with Nova happened around another person, rather than being a one on one affair. Anti-NTR kinda thing.

I hate NTR, for me cheating is a no-no and rape is a reason to desinstall a game for me, but I don't think the Orion-Nova sex scene was something like that. Yes, Maat forced the situation, but was Nova who wants to do it and Orion have doubts at first but only at first. I think that's why the scene works and why the praetorians don't do a shit, because was consensual.
I can agree that was unnecessary to the Orion-Nova situation, Nova already felt attraction toward Orion but I think that what Caribdis wanted wasn't show or develop that attraction, but show that Nova was more than a timid girl, she was a pervert too, like Orion. Probably Caribdis was scared that the characters of Nova and Luna were to much similar, and making Nova more quirky sexually was his solution.

Well, Nova (but also Luna) is basically a really lonely girl due to her unusual behaviour, so no wonder she has literally lost her mind when she has meet a guy "interested" in her; she has even bought her first phone to be able to talk with Orion.
I agree that the scene was a little bit forced, but this is one of the few weak points Caribdis still has: sometimes, when he wants to evolve his characters and their relationships, he doesn't let the time pass in order to have a natural evolution of these relationships, but he imposes a jump forward, whit the result that certain evolutions seems a little bit forced. The Nova-Orion-Maat is a good example of this. With the aggravanting that it was a scene without any romance, while some players would have loved see a more intimate scene.
At least this is my opinion.

She quite clearly wanted to and was playing it off like "Oh no I guess I have to oh no what a drag damn well I guess I gotta take one for the team guys oops" I think it was quite clear if you read everything.
I don't think we won't have a romantic intimate scene in the future. Just like with our best friend who ended up awkward with what we did we will move on and try to grow more rapidly to a romantic relationship. Adversity builds friendships and using those to show off desires of shy characters to help push them forward so they aren't just stuck in lust has to be expected in a game like this.

Just the other day I saw someone's comment mentioning this VN and saying it had high quality. I wasn't expecting much when I started it, but I absolutely loved it. The glimpse into Penelope's memory of the past really got me emotional. I can't say too much but great work. I just loved it and will wait for the next update with a big smile on my face. Thank you to the creator for his amazing work once again. I will definitely support it and play his previous game in the near future.

+1 to this. Just played through and was really, really impressed. A ton of the situations are just REALLY hot, and the humor is on par with some of the other great VNs I've really enjoyed. Some legitimately "I burst out laughing out loud" funny moments.
Oh, and I forgot to mention the MUSIC! REALLY well done and adds a ton to the game.

The game is awesome but i'm not a fan of the camera during sex scenes.
I'm normally only really into lesbian stuff but occasionally I see a character I find quite hot and they get great scenes that are worth jilling to.
So Nova getting facefucked was hot except the camera keeps panning behind the MC to a big full on view of his arse and that dried me up like the Sahara. From damp to desert in seconds.
Don't know what the fascination some devs have with either auto forward sex scenes or camera angles that manage to remove the hotness from sex scenes but it's getting all to common.
Just because you can do something doesn't mean you need to do it all the time.
If a girl is getting facefucked then the focus NEEDS to be on that not panning behind the MC where we can't see shit. What should have been a hot scene was completely ruined.
Game is awesome, absolutely 10/10. Sex scenes are hit and miss, mainly miss. Camera constantly panning away from the action with camera angles after the first not being great.
If the panning was toned riiiiiight the hell down it would be awesome all round. Constantly panning away from the action is jarring as fuck.

I realize its different strokes for different folks, but damn if some of you aren't picky as hell. lol
Also, RE: Getting Deep with Nova, as much as I'm sure all of us would like if every relationship progressed normally (well, normally for a harem?) and then getting to see that payoff. However when working with multiple girls in a set story and timeframe to work in, AND to give them all an adequate/equal showing - sometimes a 'shortcut' might be taken that you think stretches credulity.
And that's ok. A lot of the criticisms have been well thought out and I'm sure Caribdis appreciates that to make it better later (or even in his next potential game), but on the flip side it might help to remember the story constraints.
Please don't make Caribdis have to be one of those devs that just starts adding scenes for the sake of adding scenes with little to no plot progress. There is already enough of those.

To be fair, i'm trying to make his life easier.
All i'm concerned about is the panning during sex scenes. It doesn't need to be a constant thing especially when the panning sometimes blocks the action going on like with Nova's blowjob scene. That didn't need any panning at all, all views should be on the action not behind the MC where we can't see anything.
Everything else, for me at least, is perfect.
