My current theory leans on the opposite: she's going to be either second-to-last before Calypso or the last to get her cherry popped because her current progress seems to lean on the "traditional slow burn" type of romance. The kind that you find in old-school romance stories or porn games where you have to build a relationship with the girl first before you bonk her for one scene only and then the credits start rolling.
Personally, I think the more likely ones to get it on with Orion first would be either Annie or Nancy (the latter for being at the height of horni atm, the former for the comedic value of both saying they're going to take things slow only for them to go back on their word in the next frame as they start fucking like rabbits).

I like the idea that Annie and Orion will hook up so soon after saying they would take it slow. That would be both funny and sexy. Best of both worlds.
For Nancy I still think she'll hold onto the idea she has that she can do anything in Eternum and it won't change things IRL for a while. I wouldn't be surprised if she is the first main girl Orion hooks with in Eternum but one of the last ones he gets outside of it.

Yes I came for the adult stuff, but personally what makes a game memorable is variables like story, characters and depth. Adult stuff on Once in a Lifetime if I recall correctly was on around the 4th-5th update, so it should be nearby yes. But people loved that game due the amount of likeable characters, don't only due adult stuff. Hell, I'm not even a big fan of spoiled rich girls and even ended up loving Jasmine lmao.
I don't think there's a specific girl most of the fan base has a particular distaste on Oialt, and I'm pretty sure the same happens in this game too. So yes, while I would also like some stuff (btw, fuck you Eastern Roman Empire), don't be mad in case it is delayed. It isn't Caribdis making people thirsty for the content, but to actually give depth into the game and make it memorable.
I know I've already said a lot of times and keep defending him, but at this point due to the quality of his content along with him being extremely comunicative to the his fans I'll trust all his direction when developing the game. After all, he wants to please the most of his fans. Yes I'll still be vocal on the things I like/don't like, as normal fan would, but in case something isn't included or delayed then I would gladly wait.
And this is without taking into account the longer time between updates, because as old fans notice, there's an enormous and continuous increase in quality of his product.

I very heavily doubt it will be luna. I think she will be one of the last girls to go anywhere lewd. She was basically unable to really touch people for most of her life and It very clearly had a lot of impact on her. There's no way she's going to be dtf anytime soon.
I think the most likely one right now is Annie. They have the date lined up and while she says she wants to take it slow, I think it's clear that the reason for that is not discomfort on her part. She wants to take it slow because she thinks that that is the way to get a proper relationship with the mc going. She's holding on to the idea of a fairytale romance so she wants to keep things slow, but I don't think it would take much for her to change her mind on that. If she gets the feeling in the moment that she has to make a move, she will make a move, as we have seen in her scene in 0.2.
Nancy will keep things to Eternum for a while in my opinion, since the fact that it happens in Eternum is the excuse she currently uses to justify it to herself.
Other than that I think the most likely after Annie would be penny.
