No, as mentioned in the Discord screenies he trimmed that down to 7 (with Caly being relegated to late game LI to bring that total to 8). Not sure what became of the 9th since he never mentioned who she was. Maybe once Eternum is complete someone will ask him in a post-mortem chat about the game or something (coz I'm sure some are curious as to who that cut main LI was).

9th originally being Idriel? I can see that being the idea that could've got canned along the development process.

"Smaller" for Cari probably targets ~6 months. But I wouldn't be surprised at all if it takes longer than that. My guess is .10 and .11 are quicker/shorter; maybe even .12 but I kinda doubt it. Then .13 will be a big finale that takes a long time.

1000% agree. Calypso is my girl, and all her characterization in this version was awesome. We got little pieces along the way, and once she's back in Hyril’ar, this update hammered home her internal struggle... and her path forward. Beautiful, bittersweet moment.
