I thought that conversation would happen before they played the game by Chang Design.

why can't I trigger the pre-game dialogue about Penny's delayed period?

It only happens if you enable pregnancy content I think. I have it disabled and I didn't get that line either.

I don't believe there is a way to change your mind on pregnancy content being on or off later. You have to pick it at the very beginning of the game.

Hmmm did that come in a latter update or was it there from the start? Because I'm pretty sure I'd have enabled it if I saw the question (I always do), but I didn't get any notif about Annie's period (and yes, I did creampie her). Ah well, can replay the thing anyways.
