I think my favorite, most unattainable part of this story is how much everyone missed mc when he came back and tried to explain why. Would be nice to feel like that even once in real life

Yeah, but I meant more for thanatos' plot and getting the gems of doom. Then we also have the founder stuff, which could take 1 update and 1 update for the finale which could have the wrap up on calypso's arc, and the epilogue. Not nessecerily in that order but also, its impossible everything will go according to plan in game.

We still have Syndicate stuff (which we might be getting next update if the phone call from them at the end is any indication) and the entire mystery behind Idriel and Orion's powers and why Eternum (the plane not the VRMMO) is currently the way it is so no you can't wrap that all up in "just 2 chapters max."

You can download the music restoration mod then copy the "music" folder into the "audio" folder of the game to restore the old songs. It works for my game on version 0.9 PC.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I've already used enough bandwidth downloading .9. That I don't want to mess with any mods.I'll probably just play to the end of .8.5 then use the new version.

i downloaded saves from previous posts but they got weird russian name for Orion and it took me right out of the game

Ok then, haven't played 0.8 yet so can't help you with the last song. Though if your game stops working due to the mod for some reason, the you can just delete the "music" folder and the game will be back to it's original state.

Nah, he likely has the length locked down at this point. A few years ago he said the story length will be between 12 and 20 updates total. Then at some point he trimmed that down to 13 or 14 total. And now he's sticking to 13 total. Plus given that he already has ideas for the next game I doubt he's going to want to extend Eternum at the cost of that.

Try my save. All the best choices selected up to 0.8

I'm sure this will get drowned out by all the talk of the current update, but I'm replaying using 0.8.5 which is supposed to be the last version before the unfortunate music purge, and was wonder where the last song that was removed plays. Does anyone know? I'm not even sure what song it would be. I'm planning on playing up until that point and then use the current version.

I was genuinely upset the very last music scene got swapped. that was dope as hell. Glad I wasn't the only one
