Remove the mods you use, aka cheat mod or alabama mod.
I had the same problem and I deleted everything and unzipped just the game - and it worked again.

I think this depends mainly on where Carib D says he wants to end the VN at.
This is something you can only afford to do at or near the end of a narrative due to the structural complexities it creates when you snip an important character from an ongoing storyline that now has a questionable fate.
Every render in which they feature now has to be created at least twice, one w/ and w/o that character. Every scene in which they feature now also has to be written in either a non-specific way, which impacts dialogue quality, or the dialogue needs to have variants which fully include our questionably fated character--which again requires a larger time investment. Is our questionably fated character going to play a significant role in a update? Well, the users that made choices resulting in that character's death will now miss a large chunk of content.
I could go on, because it doesn't stop there, but I think that's enough to get my point across. This is part of how I predict what devs will do next in any given situation with their VNs. If you have a decent understanding of the context and scope of what they're working with, huge bonus points if you've been exposed to them over a long enough period to see the pattern in their decision-making and behavior, you can predict what they'll do next with a fairly high degree of accuracy.
TL;DR - Very long winded way of saying unless we're getting close to the finish line with 0.10, I doubt he'd have the audacity to do that for the reasons described above.
Although it looks like Calypso may be getting set up as that fall person to either get smoked or get significantly injured. Carib D allowing us to give her incorrect answers about where to seek shelter and which faction to contact makes this clear.
Is my game bugged? I missed the "changermeister" game and the threesome. After the dinner the game just immediately goes to tomorrow and the scene was unlocked.
Is there a certain requirement? Like i have to be in a relationship on all of them or something? It's not really specified in the walkthrough

Wait, i actually misread what you said. I read that as if you lost the game, that's what my previous post was about.
I don't know exactly what status you need to be with each of the girls, but I'd assume you need to be full (all but one heart) with both girls involved in the threesome for it to happen, given how they talk about their relationship with you during the scene. Or at least had sex with both of them already.

Yeah, but the thing is i didn't even reach the board game. I was on Dalia and Alex path (originally just alex but i wanted to get the scene), and right after i made the "toast" dinner scene, the scene immediately goes to them packing up to go home.
I'm not even that bothered about the sex scene. I just want to see more Alex scenes and see the reason why people are speculating that she might be pregnant

That is true. They were "only" in 40°C iirc, but you still risk just getting a heatstroke or collapse for many other reasons. Luckily, we can safely enjoy unsafe sex practices in AVNs without any real people at risk

Seconding this, knowing Cari that shit is funny as hell.
Using any mods? Mods are known to cause skips every now and then. I would tell you to check the official walkthrough in the OP, but there is an entire small section you missed... Correct me if it's unmodded, but it seems unlikely you missed that entire thing because of a flag

Wished there was more, as always, but the troubles this year were real and damn, that slight at the credit card companies was well placed
No mods here, just a regular playthrough but not on Nancy's path- it just skips to the morning after and mentions that I did not go into the Sauna, was so sudden I figured I was missing something and I am.
