Solid update. The lewds are top quality as always but not a "step up" from the scenes we already have. Here's my short lewds review:

Is it just me or this update is a bit short? At least for 1 year's worth of work? I mean i don't want to complain, the game is incredible but still, considering there aren't diverging paths depending on choices (not really, especially if you make the correct ones and you're on the harem path), it seems very short for 1 year development. I'm surprised no one mentioned this. Is it just me?

The WT says something about losing paths or something, so I didnt risk it, but then in the gallery it goe pretty much the same way. Does something happen in later scenes?

Yeah, sorry, i misread what you said and just edited the post saying that. I read that as if you lost the game, that's what my previous post was about.
I don't know exactly what status you need to be with each of the girls, but I'd assume you need to be full (all but one heart) with both girls involved in the threesome for it to happen, given how they talk about their relationship with you during the scene. Or at least had sex with both of them already.
But about the pregnancy talk, I think it has actually been a thing since a previous version. But someone posted a screenshot about them talking about it in the pool on this version a few pages ago also. I didn't get it because I didn't choose pregnancy, so I can't confirm it.

Alex and Penny have to be I believe. Alex you don't get a choice (beside having pregnancy content at the beginning) but with penny you can choose out or in when cumming so maybe that effects it. Making a backup with a URM to see the path variables could help

i have chopped 100 logs and it said the idriel scene was unlocked, but it doesnt trigger in the game, Ive played it to the end. When is it suppose to happen?

Don't know, feels like the longest update ever and took ~4 hours of play. The Elven World event was quite long, taking up about half the usual size of an update, and overall it was quite eventful.

Speaking of elves, I'm glad Caribdis stuck with the fantasy lore and made the elves arrogant, xenophobic, typical supremacists with their typical "we're the superior race, REEEEEE" quirks. So typical of them
