Back in 0.3, after you rescue NovaOkay, I require help of our collective autism.
I remembered someone mentioning something about blue butterflies being like the butterfly effect, to show you're changing the future or something. I didn't really buy it, but something was bugging me, I could swear I saw them before in other scenes and they reminded me of Calypso, probably due to colour being the same as her hair and eyes. And viola! View attachment 5584140
Anyone remembers if they were around before? I'm thinking about starting the game from scratch, again, cuz I'm a glutton for punishment, but maybe someone remembers off the top of their head?
Oh they have appeared plenty of times, can't remember right now but we also saw them this chapter when meeting Luna after coming back.Okay, I require help of our collective autism.

Good. Good! Now, to test my hunch - did they ever appear BEFORE we found Calypso?Back in 0.3, after you rescue Nova

Calypso + Alex !!
To be fair, we have to admit that both games don´t go too overboard with the breast size. Even the bigger sizes are within reason.on hindsight, I gotta give Eternum the win. The lack of small boob representation in Pale Carnations makes Eternum the clear winner with Nova.
Not for us as the player. That's the first time it was pointed out, which was after Calypso. However, Orion has mentioned that they have been around for a long time.Good. Good! Now, to test my hunch - did they ever appear BEFORE we found Calypso?

mc "(The Water Butterflies.)"
mc "(They only live in Kredon... or so I’ve heard. I know I haven't seen them anywhere else.)"
mc "(They always come out after the rain, as if they appeared from nowhere, and then resume hiding before the rain returns.)"
mc "(As a kid, I remember chasing them, in hopes of finding where they sheltered during the rain. Never did find out, though.)"
Imagine how the cult of Calybros feels right nowAnyone else still emotional about the scene where Calypso becomes a main girl? It really hit me hard for some reason.
Literally the first post on this page. Coincidentally that is my post, but yeah, a bunch of us have some emotional support moisture happening.Anyone else still emotional about the scene where Calypso becomes a main girl? It really hit me hard for some reason.
Fucking amazing and I wasn’t much a calybro until this update, the delivery was absolute cinemaImagine how the cult of Calybros feels right now![]()
Oh thank you so much! I was stuck for a good while in that section, even when I had Lorelei's testamentquestions answer 2, 2, 1, 3, 1
Orion is basically invincible inside Eternum, right?
Back in 0.7, when he was bleeding out and talking with Idriel
mc "*Bleeding out* P-Please, heLp mE...."
id "I can't help you in this world, [mc]."
id "There is no coin here."
id "No reset."
id "No fresh start."
Then in 0.9, if you fail the trial and get beheaded, or miss the counter against Pyrand, the screen goes black. You see the glitching Idriel, hear the coin being tossed, and are brought back to just before you die.
I’m sure there will come a point where Orion passes the “checkpoint", and Idriel will no longer have the power to bring him back.
It's more likely to be time loop. Most likely Idriel can more easy reset things while in Eternum, but doing so IRL is hard. The latest update (or maybe it was the last one) hinted with her dialogue that Orion was the one that always (so far) managed to find way to reset the timeline whatever he is about to lose (in some future encounter OR after he lost his love ones). ... I think that while the cannon harem ending will be the perfect one, we aren't following only it. Instead we are following Orion, until the point of no return, where he losses the protection of Idriel in Eternum. Possibly, in all previous timelines, this has lead to Orion finding way to reset the timeline. It will be interesting if beside the perfect harem ending, the bad endings, and the individual girl ending if we have them, we also have one i fucked up and will now reset the timeline which return us to the begining of the game. You don't have permission to view the spoiler content.
