It’s too early to draw full conclusions, given that in the first Cari game there is a partial “rape” scene, then everything can change and it all depends on the bad ending. but at the moment there is no place for Eternum for a rape scene, especially in such a context it would turn out to be a worst-case scenario

I think it's unlikely Carb would go down that road, specially given it would be both jarring for the fans, as well as there would be some measure of set up for that to happen, which i don't see happening. While sure, it "could" happen, down road, path pending and what not, same time though I don't think Carby is gonna do that sort of thing, specially with the main cast of gals. A side character, maybe...

Just finished the latest update. Whoo..That cliffhanger is intriguing. We all know MC somehow makes it through because you know, "story reasons" but that was a turn I didn't expect. Props to Caribdis for quite the turn. Also, i can't wait for the next Nancy scene.. She was looking TOO GOODT in The New World.

That's just not true though. Even putting aside certain worldbuilding elements and saying that it's a video game, you do actually feel everything that happens to you in Eternum. We're shown this over and over.
It's not like getting t-bagged in an FPS, the sensation of being raped would most likely be exactly as violent and painful as having it happen in the real world. The only difference would be in a legal sense, since as for now Eternum is entirely self-policed.
And that matters because in the very first update the narrative establishes that Eternum rapists, like Benjamin and the pedo in the barn, are just as bad as the real deal, are roundly denounced and subsequently murdered.

Prostitution - it's there because of the Eva scene in Ion. After that there's no more content of that type from 0.2 onwards
Drugs - Aside from the Hallucinogenic drugs and the Aphrodisiac wine we take in 0.5, there's nothing that's stronger than those, nor are there any that you can equate to "date rape" drugs. And since dev has noted aversion to rape of any sort (treats them as a negative in this game), highly doubt they will be included in the future
Blackmail - Game's blackmail content is hardly on the extreme end, the closest being the Maat scene (which one could argue might not even count if you consider that Nova was likely enjoying it deep down)
TL;DR, while the tags exist for this game, they're hardly played towards the extreme end compared to other games on this site.
