I have a feeling that Calypso won't even gonna attempt to come up with a solution and will leave the Elves to their own fates, instead choosing to join MC and his harem.At least there will be no doubt of extinction.

I keep seeing "what song is.....", "does anyone know the name of the song..... ", etc. so, for those looking for the soundtrack, I made a folder for personal use that I figure I can share here for anyone wanting the song(s).
This includes pre-music nerf and the replacement songs from 0.1 - 0.85.
I updated to include the songs from v0.9. (there are a few instrumental versions in there as well) most the songs are taken directly from the unpacked audio and I think I got all the Lyrical songs included.
(Note: you may have to search a lil as I stopped retitling the files and just left them named as they are in the games audio file.)

You only have two options, you have to allow your antivirus to run the game by adding an exception, or try downloading it from another site.

Its blocked because the website is flagged, most likely cause of malicious ads. If you don't download anything from ads/popups and make sure the file size matches other mirrors (note due to differences in rounding and GB vs GiB usage they might vary slightly, but if the game is >1GB and you have a 50MB file welp) its fine.

It's hard to say, games added to this site are mostly scanned for viruses and sometimes the antivirus itself can incorrectly label a game as infected, but creating an exception in the antivirus is always a risk. First, I would try downloading the game from another site or if you downloaded it in compressed form, I recommend downloading it in uncompressed form first, because compressed games are not official versions.
I think Annie doesn't get very much love because her personality is kinda one note. Like, there's nothing wrong at all with being cute and little and innocent and silly and seemingly weak. It can be very charming! But throughout the game, that's the majority of the view we get of her from Caribdis. We aren't given other interesting winkles, for example maybe she struggles with some addiction, or maybe she experienced some sudden loss that makes her very risk averse, or maybe she learned that love was conditional based on some certain criteria. Elements like these would give her some more depth.
As some previous posters noted, she does many critical things to keep the plot going. So she is absolutely important, she's just a little dull compared to many other characters.
