If you know or ever heard of Elf in literally any games and movies, Elf is always count themselves as superior to the others race. Because they first born with magic, long lifespan compared to most of the races that exist in most of the universe. So, Calypso being a princess herself with that arrogant attitude is perfectly understandable, it would be weirder if she's not that racist toward others.

Considering the fact that the first choice you make in a new game right after Annie's quick introduction is whether or not to enable pregnancy content I'd say that the permutations were planned for.

Oh my, if Mr. Money Bags does learn of that "happy accident", provided the protagonist and his rebel daughter escape from his armed escorts in v0.7, he'll be sending a bloody army after him to eliminate him. Yeah I don't see the "baby-boom" happening before the endings as it's a choice made in the beginning, it will probably just change some renders/dialogs during the game, as you said like in OIALT
