There are multiple ways, one is just to go to the "LATEST UPDATES" overview and filter for weighted rating:

1. go to latest games & updates page
2. turn on the filters
3. click the weighted rating button which represented by a star from sorting options

Voila! You have the best games. You can do that with likes, views etc. too and also you can choose comics, animations, mods etc. from category options.

I never use the filters. I just look at the first page of latest and then check all my notifications.

So funnily enough I only ever clicked on 'games' in adult games and searched through and filtered from there. Somehow never clicked on latest and saw the much more snazzier layout. And yes I feel very stupid now xD
