I mean ... yes but ... no?It's possible that the "servers" that Eternum (the VRMMO) has are worlds that are already dead so it's easier to lay claim to it. The worlds that're inhabited on the other hand are like the world Orion and co come from and H'yliar, the latter implied to be outside the Founder's influence.
Based on what we know, every server has "rules" of sorts which allow certain things to be possible. For instance, some servers allow magic, while some don't. I don't think the Founder or Ulysses made that system, but rather that's just the rules of that particular reality (just as how our reality has "rules" or "laws," like gravity having a constant speed), and that the only way to break them is to utilize items or magic that can "overrule" the rules of that reality (such as Orion's powers and the Weapons of Atlas).
As for how astral projections can cast magic...well a projection is technically a being of Eternum, and beings of Eternum are shown to have affinity to doing feats not limited by the rules imposed by one's physical body. My current theory is that a projection essentially "mimics" what an inhabitant of a server would be like, from the abilities that an inhabitant of said server would have down to their form (i.e. Nova's and Alex's projections being Pixar-fied in the Pixar server). This, however, doesn't apply if you bring your physical body in Eternum, as your body is still bound by the "rules" and "laws" of where your body came from (the real world), and not the "rules" and "laws" of the server your physical body is in (unlike the case of projections). And before you ask, yes, this includes the case of Orion...but then again, it's been foreshadowed for a while that his body isn't exactly "normal" to begin with.
As for the xenomorphs being a threat...well, the "threat" that they pose as explained by the story isn't so much as an existential threat and more like a threat where their sheer numbers would eventually render servers unplayable for the non-combatants. Not to mention this would cause issues with Ulysses trying to maintain the "masquerade" of Eternum being a VRMMO. And that's something the Founder wouldn't let slide since he'll want to maintain it until all the gems are found and collected by the millions of players searching for them at the moment.
Finally, with regards to the Founder...well, it should be pretty obvious by now that there's likely more to him wanting the gems other than for gaining godhood or divinity, especially since William never really did elaborate why giving the gems to the Founder will be "the end." I'm sure we'll eventually find that out, along with how the Founder intends to use the gems (or learn what they're really for).
I play with URM (Universal Renpy mod) and have looked into script file, but I didn't notice any dependency on this settingi have a question regarding 0.8 Does the dialog with Alex change if you turn off the pregnancy?
2 days worth of free Mega cap.dude what's 10gb in 2025? don't exaggerate
Is Luna a virgin also?Calypso, Penny and Luna will be the big three in next update trust
It would be actually quite cool if it turned out that Annie can cast nukes in magic enabled servers when she's there as herself (after teleporting with Orion). As for the astral projection being reduced to lvl1 after death, it looks like a plothole, but on the other hand the whole leveling system is something unnatural once we already know it's not some kind of software, but "real life".I mean ... yes but ... no?
What im talking about is - lets say its as you implied - and some worlds allow people to have magic. So Annie has powerful Magic on Ion and is able to nuke entire countrys.
So she trains and whenever she is in a world with similar rules - allowing magic - she has access to these part of her powers as its something coming from herself.
But if this would be the case, why/how do they lose their powers when they die and are lvl 1 again? Thats the conusing part for me. The levels and everything are aguably all just made up by the implant/founder/ulysess but if the magic isnt connected to that why do they lose their powers when dead?
Dalia and Nova were both bad examples as they dont have any magical abilities and rely on their real life abilitys.
Maybe the implant has some kind of restriction enabled? Like annie would always (im magic worlds) be able to use this kind of power but if the implant sets her at level 1, her power gets restriced? I dunno ..
Btw. maybe Orion would have discovered his powers way sooner if he would have joined eternum just a day sooner

great foreshadowing![]()
Uh, yeah. Should be obvious. Especially considering her hand thing. Is Luna a virgin also?
What's the song that plays during the Annie sex scene after the date in 0.8?
It would also be nice to be able to persuade Luna and Annie to try bisexuality.I'm hoping for an Alex/Penny 3some in future. They're both wild
I did search for "compressed" but I kept finding the links for 0.6 and 0.7. Thanks for the tip.Yes, just set your search options to "most recent" and search the thread for "compressed".

Note that using the ingame keypad is buggy atm (crashes when you use it), but I don't name my saves so there's that), currently waiting for a fix on that.
As for installation...I just DL'd Joiplay plus all the plugins on the post, installed them one by one, DL'd and pasted the whole PC version of Eternum 0.8 in a folder I use for AVNs, then just run the exe from Joiplay. That's it.
I will keep listen it again and againYou must be registered to see the links
