Hey everyone hopefully someone can help me I’ve been looking for the latest IOS IPA file for Eternum if any of you know where I can download it would be appreciated
My own theory is that it refers to the ongoing massacre of NPCs by the Xenomorphs. First in Andromeda and then also in Valley of the Kings. I really hope it doesn't refer to a future event in Hyril'ardo you think "the genocide" will be in 0.9 or will it be in 0.10 ?
It would be a legit reason for Caly to be forced to leave her home and stick with Orion tho. Otherwise the latter would end up having to leave her and thus write her out of the story (unless some plot convenient scenario happens again where Orion is able to come and go as he pleases thus allowing him to keep seeing Caly...but I dunno, that sounds like it'll slow down the pacing a tad IMO).My own theory is that it refers to the ongoing massacre of NPCs by the Xenomorphs. I agree we need a good reason for Calypso to stay with the gang even after finding her way home. It's just that it would suck if Hyril'ar is destroyed. She deserves better than that.It would be a legit reason for Caly to be forced to leave her home and stick with Orion tho. Could be possible if the one initiating the genocide is after Orion and Caly (i.e. Thanny), as the solution is obviously to flee so that the initiator would be forced to stop the massacre and pursue the two to wherever world they jump to (unless it happens to be Kredon, in which case Thanny might end up having to sit it out until Orion jumps back to Eternum). It's just that it would suck if Hyril'ar is destroyed. Could end up being a Helm's Deep moment where the survivors of the initial massacre show up in the final battle to assist the WRE just as they're about to be overrun (especially if Caly had no way of knowing if anyone survived following the jump...if that scenario ends up happening anyway). There has been talk of an upcoming war. The Xenomorph invasion was likely the first shot in that war. I could easily see WRE and Hyril'ar becoming allies.

I don't remember it exactly, but didn't they have some sort of 'pact' where Orion would help Caly find her homeland while Caly would help him find the 10 gems of doom? I think for that reason alone (honor/pride) Caly would follow him (besides the fondness that has grown between them) despite being reunited with her people. And of course, a wipeout of her kind would be a brutal means for this to happen anyway.I agree we need a good reason for Calypso to stay with the gang even after finding her way home. After 0.9 is 1.0 (0 in decimals has no value) 0.10 is actually 0.1do you think "the genocide" will be in 0.9 or will it be in 0.10 ?
It is highly amusing to see someone calling a "Harem" game as woke."woke"
There are woke elements in this game. Light, but there. After 0.9 is 1.0 (0 in decimals has no value) 0.10 is actually 0.1

Caly may have made the pact, but I'm not sure if her people would allow her to fulfill said pact considering that they would want her to stay in the realm after being gone for so long. Her being forced to abandon her realm in order to save it/because her people want her to live on is just me thinking of a convenient excuse for her to continue her journey with Orion while also linking it to the events that the Syndicate guy at the Valley of Kings foreshadowed.I don't remember it exactly, but didn't they have some sort of 'pact' where Orion would help Caly find her homeland while Caly would help him find the 10 gems of doom? 0.9 -> 0.10 is the numbering Cari uses for his versions tho. After 0.9 is 1.0 (0 in decimals has no value) 0.10 is actually 0.1
Oh right, I didn't think of that. But even if her people objected, there's nothing they could do to stop her from going with Orion if she wanted to. I can only think of them trying to restrain her in some way, and we already know how Caly feels about that. While I don't disregard that theory, I think the merchant was talking about events that happened in other timelines or that may happen depending on the choices we've made (he also said something about losing all his loved ones), not that it's going to be inevitable. I mean if her parents are still alive then they alone would likely be enough to stop her (though they might not be enough to stop what's coming, hence why they might opt to let Orion spirit her away to keep her safe).Oh right, I didn't think of that. I think the whole thing will lead to us finding out that Orion is the descendant of the Hero, Villain or (less likely) Anima.I mean if her parents are still alive then they alone would likely be enough to stop her (though they might not be enough to stop what's coming, hence why they might opt to let Orion spirit her away to keep her safe).
The thing is the Syndicate made it clear that Orion NEEDS Calypso in order to open the Gates of Acheron and thus reach that win state they need. Having her be left behind in Hyril'ar and thus be benched for a while doesn't sound like something they'd plan for. Nah, I don't think Caly will be benched in Hyril'ar, and that something is going to either compel her to stick with Orion (which would necessitate her leaving her homeland)...or she will be forced to do so.I presume that Caly will be asleep and when she wakes up (Either with the help of Orion or not) she'll vouch for him and teach him how to TP back to Kredon. I also presume that she'll most likely stay behind (even if she and Orion confess their forbidden love) to appease her people and that's how Orion will be back with the rest of the girls.
When Arannis introduced himself, he said that Caly is the sovereign of Hyril'ar, so that should mean that Queen Anima is not in their realm (Idriel?). And well, we don't know anything about her father. But still, if Caly's sense of duty came into play, nothing could stop her from fulfilling her part of the 'pact'/promise. Even if she stays there at first and then comes back to Orion once she's reconnected with her people. That is of course if events themselves don't force them to stick together.I mean if her parents are still alive then they alone would likely be enough to stop her (though they might not be enough to stop what's coming, hence why they might opt to let Orion spirit her away to keep her safe).
the game hint that you can only change the outcome not what will happendedThe thing with the "Massacre" seemed to be a past event since the Old Man was trying to say that things can't be changed by people bound by fate. Him offering Orion the chance to defy fate yet again (Buy the statue) proves him wrong and thus he knows Orion is on the right path.
