I know many women aged 40+ who've had multiple kids and still are an A or B cup. Sure, some women do get larger from pregnancy but not all. And even those that do, it often doesn't last once the pregnancy and nursing is over with. And I've never met one that went from an A or B to a DD or anything like that just from pregnancy, though I'm sure it's possible I'd bet that's pretty rare.Breast size does tend to grow a lot during pregnancy, and we're talking about MILFs here.
