That's the main draw of the way Caribdys builds harems at work. They're totally reliant on the bond between the girls allowing them to accept each other. Correct. Imo,the only pair you can confuse are Annie - Nova. But Nova has a birthmark that makes her recognizable.

As for boobs, my guess is:

3 of the girls have relatively small boobs (Annie, Luna and Nova) but this picture only has two of them, so I´m clearly misremembering someone´s size.
