good question, don't know which game you mean, but for HS2 specifically:

Illusion (makers of HS2), claim all commercial rights period, unlike for example Daz3D (like BaDIK), where you own the commercial rights of everything you create (unless you somehow infringe on someone elses rights...)

Though Illusion technically no longer exists, the rights are now with ILLGAMES, who are "totally" completely different than Illusion... (they totally didn't pull off a shady legal move to rebrand, nobody would ever do that... right?)

Which also means that if you want to sell a HS2 game, you just have to convince ILLGAMES, to allow you to do it... GL with that

Caribdis is Spanish, and American elements in OiaL make it pretty clear he isn't from the UK...

Its a dual edged sword when you want the dev to be successful and not have the game be leaked here early whilst at the same time wanting to play asap lmao

Someone mentioned earlier of if they could support, they would and just wouldnt leak and frankly im of the same opinion TBH. At least, not the game itself, Status Reports and whatnot is fair game imo

Just a day? The running joke on Cari's Discord is if anyone asks "wen update?" (or if anyone points out any last minute bugs or typos on the current version) the response is usually

Well don't worry I can wait patiently for the update. If it comes out great, if it doesn't oh well. I got Youtube and some other games to keep me busy for some time until it comes out
