So, according to the plan, now we just meet up with axel, take nancy on her date, invade the feudal japan server for the remaining gems of doom and take the fight to thanatos.

Also, the cliffhanger, bad for everyone but shouldn't halt the mission since now the only other option is orion teleporting everyone to eternum instead of using the implant. There is a higher chance of survival doing that than using the implant right now.

I mean they can still leave through exit portals. They just can't die in game or get forcibly disconnected. I wonder how this affects Orion since he has an implant himself and he just teleports in and out

Using the implants has also been banned so, I assume, Ulysses has a way to detect when an implant is active, so using the physical headset seems risky legally too. But I wonder if they can detect Orion since he physically teleports there, and I also imagine as Calypso is possibly stronger now, and his power is seemingly tied to her, how that would effect eternum itself and Ulysses
