It was at that Yakuza meeting, he took over one clan (by most likely eliminating its oyabun, wakagashira, shateigashira and its saiko-komon) and renamed said organization as the "Stabby clan". All in a matter of days. Talk about that man's lethality.

Both Dorf and ArDzer answered for me, but it was the Yakuza meeting I remember that part perfectly because I played OIAL recently so I had no doubt about it.
Also if you look at the scene, the MC and Mike make the same appearance and have almost similar suit and shoes, it was hilarious...

Yeah, the equivalent of S. Mike is more so Chang being so capable of Heists but not IN Eternum.

What Cari truly learned from OIALT is the ability to make a diverse cast and allow someone to fail and gain growth. Too many characters would only get strengths to the point that they were Mary Sues or overlapped niches in the story.
