I'll bite.

Who does it better? Cause the market only exists against real people, real developers, not some mathematical limit that ignores the legitimate problems that occur during game development. It's easy to say, 'it's not much for an 8 month wait', it's much harder to point to a real developer who does it faster, better or both. I feel pretty confident saying Caribdis is near the top of his field in delivering quality content/time.

I believe Dalia, Annie and Nancy are guaranteed to have a scene.
Cari said there will be 4 lewd scenes, for the 4th girl I'm unsure if it will be Calypso or Alex, but I'm putting my money on Alex

Pardon my words.

The devs are humans, not machines they're not perfect, BURN Out will eventually occur. The devs not a milker devs that takes a year to update for 1hr of game play. Afterall he's been consistent with the 6 months per updates before the burn out. Let's be fair, for Carib this is the 2nd game that he planned to make the teaser is on his 1st game(OiaLt) and he's focused on developing this single game. Unlike the other devs that has multiple projects left unfinished they jump Ship to ship creating an develop ADHD to themselves. I will not put the argument of developing your own game. What I want you to do is, get busy with life then return here, after a year. Don't waste your life waitin for an update, distract yourself with other things, like touching grass, go outside or meet up with friends outside did I mention touching grass. Also, after an update release, it's not like the devs can relax , they need to plan the next phase of the update.

Any Dev that has a completed game under their belt that is solid is already top tier. Caribdis is top 3 no doubt.

The dev who makes race of life just released an update with 4.5k renders and 11 gallery scenes in 7.5 months so i don't know what you are on about? Caribdis isn't a milker but there are a lot of devs who deliver faster updates having 1/10th patrons than him, and the guy is right 1.6k renders isn't a lot for 8 months.

Ok, so the girls in the pic are candidates for the new 4 lewd scenes.
  1. Annie
  2. Nancy
  3. Dalia
  4. Nova
  5. Alex
  6. Calypso
  7. Luna
There can NOT be any lewd scenes for Luna and Nova in EP8 because they had their own lewds in EP7. So scratch their name in the list.

Also there is a slim chance for Alex because she had a mind-blowing and veeery long lewd scene in EP6. Can she have a lewd in the next episode? I don't think so. This is not Caribdis' style. I'm not saying it's impossible but he never uses same girl for a lewd scene without 2 episodes between them.

So... what else do we have?

Annie, Nancy, Dalia, Calypso.

Not really arguing one way or the other, but it's worth pointing out that these games use completely different software for their renders. So this comparison of workflow is a bit like comparing apples and oranges.

For a better comparison, compare to other Honey Select games.

4.5k renders and 11 gallery scenes on a game with branching paths and requires multiple playthroughs to view all of it (which most players will likely not do as they tend to be the single playthrough types) as opposed to 1.6k renders that you can view mostly if you stick to the optimum path with little to no branching.

Mhm, totally comparable.
