First one is Axel x Dalia scene in the western server. You tell Dalia she's free to engage with any person she wants and chooses her best friend's twin brother.

Second one is Jerry x Dalia in the desert server of the current update. Just tell Dalia Jerry's the better man and she gets both in a relationship and a wholesome lewd scene with her longtime admirer.

Yeah you mostly remember right but you're getting the order wrong. It's like
Nancy takes control of the WRE -> The stuff you describe -> WRE absorbs the ERE and becomes and Interserver faction
