The main girls, yes, they seem to be a harem. Anyone else is up in the air, though. There's a few side girls, but I doubt every female character is going to be on the table.

I think Annie & Luna, Alex & Dalia, and Penny & Nova are basically confirmed. These pairings seem to have their own friendships, they match personality-wise, and they've dropped mad hints.
Ones definitely banned are any combination of Penny, Dalia and Nancy, unfortunately. Seeing Penny & Dalia together would have been awesome.
What I would like to see is Nancy & Annie or Penny & Annie/Luna. I think having a dominant girl with timid girl would be great chemistry.
To be honest, there are no wrong answers because all of the LI are superb. Any pairing Cari gives us is going to be amazing.

There are only three pairings that are off the table: Nancy- Dalia, Nancy - Penny and Penny - Dalia.
Everything else is possible and I will be happy with any combination that Cari decides to give us. There´s probably not gonna space for all combinations, unless every scene until the end of the game is a threesome (how awesome would that be?).
That said, these are my top5 threesomes I´d like to see (regardless of making sense or not):
- Alex - Dalia
- Penny - Nova
- Cally - Alex
- Annie - Luna
- Dalia - Nova
Youre definately not a lunatic for wanting Nancy & Calypso. Since they are both queens they could try to one up each other to be the conquerer of Orion Empire.

I think you're right. These make the most sense. As for Penny, Dalia, and Nancy, you're also right. It sucks how prudish the rules are about stuff like this. We can always hope Patreon will ease up in the future, though. Things can change. Fingers crossed for that to happen with Eternum.
Ironically the banned ones are the only ones I actually care about. Not even so much for the incest, but because those are my top three LIs.

Nancy, Dalia, and Penny aren't my top 3, but I feel you. It sucks that these rules exist. But, like I said, although it's unlikely, things could change. Hopefully Eternum is still in development if they do, so that Caribdis can give us what the people need!

The problem isn't really Patreon. It's the payment processors. Visa, Mastercard and Paypal are all strongly against that content and have pulled their support from businesses that refused to comply with their demands over it in the past already. So Patreon knows they aren't bluffing when they get those threats. I think the odds of them changing their stance on this stuff is almost non-existent, sadly.
