I have no interest in an incest patch, but it wouldn't be that hard. In fact, it's basically already prepared in the story as it is. Orion grew up with his father, his mother barely playing a role. Nancy was his babysitter and a mother figure for him. Nancy's daughters were like sisters for him, and their father never plays a role. Just make a divorced couple out of Orion's father and Nancy, and you have a serious incest story with very little change.

Technically this can probably be implemented just like a translation. In fact just a partial translation, so a small patch with relatively little work. Sure it's more work than replacing a few words mechanically, but it's not as hard as you made it appear.

All of this is assuming that Orion's actual mother isn't gonna show up later on in the story, when there's a good chance that she might (either as a major character or factored into one of Orion's flashbacks). If that ends up being the case then might as well kiss any work on an incest patch linking Orion to the Carters goodbye.
