I don't have idea if He's even real and this is a dream, joke aside, dunno to which country Caribdis belongs but any version outside of english language is currently being made by fans.

There are a lot of game devs that live in Spain, Larian has a studio there, Owlcat and Paradox opened a new studio there few years ago right outside of Barcelona to make EUV.
Caribdis might be a dev or an ex-dev from a gaming company. I think he develops Eternum full time but who knows. I don't think he is spanish, though.
Even if he is -- once his English is on a near-native level, he is likely to develop the story completely in English without ever thinking about anything in Spanish. (That's certainly how it would be for me. My native language is also not English.) Making a Spanish translation may be easy for him in that case, but it's still a lot of work that would distract him from work on the main project. Which is where he is needed because he is the only one qualified. There are thousands of people who are qualified to make the translation.
The value of translations is somewhat questionable anyway. The only times I have played AVNs in my native language instead of English was when (1) it was the original language, and (2) the English version wasn't better anyway. So that makes one out of a few dozen AVNs available in my native language that I have actually played in it.
I keep wanting to make this exact point every time that premonition comes up. If I remember right, Luna thinks to herself something like "We all looked like we were having fun." There's no evidence at all that "we all" only means three people... For all we know it could have been a vision of the (speculation here obviously) epic final orgy at the end of the game with almost the entire harem.

There is no specification of who is involved. You're right, it could be a big old orgy.
The only thing we can know for certain is that it involves Annie, because that is the person she touched, and so it is her future that Luna sees.

Edit: Also him putting a cameo of Mr. Tartaria - a Spanish conspiracy theorist - during the New World event when there are other more famous conspiracy theorists that he could've referenced also counts as proof that he is Spanish lel

I gotta say the writer(s) have great comedic timing, aside from the overall story the jokes have been my favorite part of the game.

also funny he says that spain is the forgotten country of europe when his neighboring country exists. ive never seen the portuguese flag next to the portuguese language option in a game
still waiting for the game to fully complete to try it out . i played "Once upon a time" and love the heck out of it . i have very high hope for this 1 . tks alot devs <3

Annie's benched until 0.10 so unlikely. Unlike Luna, who prolly is getting another foreplay scene coz Cari said she isn't getting her penetration scene until after GTA 6's release at best (which is why he's prolly bored working on Luna right now).It's probably rather because he finished that scene a while ago and now everything else feels mundane and boring.
