I just finished the game to date, and this has to be an understatement. I've only played a handful of these sorts of games, but most of them either scrape by with some pleasant artwork and not much else (four elements trainer, rogue like, etc) or they're.. really rough all around. It's an interesting medium, but it's pretty clear that almost everyone involved in it is either a total amateur (no shame in that) or pumping out some pretty low-effort slop if they could do better.
Considering that she has hidden progression variables in the game's code compared to other side girls, no, not really. Not to mention she's basically a lot more relevant to the main plot compared to other side girls like Eva or Maat, so she's basically a main LI whose progression just happens to be a lot different compared to the other 7 main LIs.
Yeah I expect as long as Cally doesn't get her own Gallery the average user will still think she's a Side girl...
In short, we all know that she is also partly main LI
I know she´s the most important girl after the seven LI´s, but to me it´s like being in a house with your family and a butler. The butler may be considered family, but technically isn´t part of it. It´s the same here. It´s the main girls+Calypso for me. Until it becomes official in the gallery or something.
She would be in the space between main girl and side girl, whatever that place might be. Not important enough to be M.G but not irrelevant enough to S.I.Yeah I expect as long as Cally doesn't get her own Gallery the average user will still think she's a Side girl...
I didn´t know about that hidden code. Until it becomes official, I will work with what she is at the moment, which is a very important side girl.

Well, while you're waiting for her to be added to the main LI gallery list, I'll be having fun with her, already knowing that Caly is already LI for me. Because for me there is no such word as <side girls>
Just because she is a SLI, doesn´t mean I won´t go for her scene if it´s there. That´s what I´ve been doing since she showed up.
Sorry, but what software are you using to track the flags? I usually just dig around with Visual Studio Code, but I can't actually check the values in real time.

If Luna's weird precog is limited to her hands and she can glove up she might be down. But if it's any skin-to-skin I doubt she will.
The events at the cafe between Luna and Annie (in 0.7) strongly suggest that there's going to be a threesome involving the two of them. Possibly a larger scene involving the two of them and one or more other LIs, but at least the two of them. Whether that means gloves, she just deals, somehow she (or perhaps MC) is able to shut it off for a while, or something else, we don't know. Perhaps it happens in Eternum, where the "weird precog" isn't a factor.
