The game was perfect until the Maat scene. Regaining control after Maat asked for it doesn't work; it's not enough. Stealing 250$ as compensation is far from satisfactory. Shooting her after rejecting her (she gave back the gun) would be nice, not gonna lie. She just killed another dude for being faithful to his wife, so nobody would convince me it's too much.
Fortunately, modding is a thing, and a few changed lines were enough to force-revenge-fuck her instead of playing to her tune. Of course, she still enjoys it; she's too happy in the renders to make it otherwise. That's fine, though. All that matters is that she had no choice like MC before.

Quick comment for error in the Visual Walkthrough.
After the mystery with Luna there is still only one heart. If you bought her something that adds heart number 2. Now in the visuals it shows that after you ask her about her gloves "Luna is 3 or less or did not go to the Flink's house #029?>Yes>not on Luna's path #006"
I've followed the walkthrough exactly to this point, Luna only has 2 hearts and I'm still on her path...even with the above statement being No (like it shows in the walkthrough) for the normal decision to stay on her path and gain a heart (which should have put her to 3) but she stays at 2.
Clicking the walkthrough link only leads to the walkthrough itself and not a thread that can be commented on. Let me know if I should put future inconsistencies (as I find them) somewhere else.

As far as I know, it just results in relationship points with whichever girl you end up going to check on as well as an alliance with whichever faction they are dealing with. The scenes are different but I don't know that it makes a huge difference at this point. That could change in the future though.

long story short,the plot is really similar to SAO.You got the mc who wants to collect 10 gems to become a ceo of Ulysses(company that manages Eternum).He also has a really hot harem that helps him to collect those gems,time to time he fucks them.There is also an antagonist,mysterious Thanatos,who wants to collect those gems as well,and afaik,we don't know his motivation yet.So,we travel through different worlds and slowly get that Eternum is not really a "virtual"world,but something more

More "Ready Player One" than "Sword Art Online" given the heavy emphasis on the gem hunt (SAO was more like your bog-standard "trapped in a videogame so you have to survive" anime with the worst harem tropes imaginable thrown in), but even that comparison starts falling apart once the supernatural elements of the story start showing up.
Edit: There's also the fact that Cari kinda dislikes SAO (or at least dislikes what it turned into), so there's that as well lmao.
I find this post by Cari highly ironic after the whole patreon stuff robbing us of scenes.
